Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 24, 2026 • Effective Date: August 24, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AutoPromote (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Description of Service

AutoPromote provides automated Google Play Store release pipeline orchestrations, soak time gating, Android Vitals crash SLA monitoring, staged rollout automations, and team deployment governance.

3. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds

AutoPromote offers paid recurring subscription plans (billed monthly or annually) powered by our merchant-of-record partner Polar.sh. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the billing period through your workspace billing settings.

  • Monthly Pro Plan: $8 per monitored application per month.
  • Annual Pro Plan: $36 per monitored application per year ($3/app/month equivalent).
  • Refunds: First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of their first charge as described in our Refund Policy. Outside that window, fees for partial billing periods are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Workspace Settings → Manage Subscription. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and no subsequent renewals will be charged.

4. Account Security & Google Play Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials and Google Play Service Account JSON keys you upload to AutoPromote. AutoPromote processes API keys via secure edge environments solely to manage Google Play Developer API releases on your behalf.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AutoPromote services or attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise edge infrastructure, or conduct unauthorized automated attacks on the service or third-party APIs.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoPromote or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including Google Play store rejections, deployment delays, or pipeline halts.

7. Contact Information

If you have any questions regarding these Terms of Service, please contact us at contact@knoje.com.
