Account Data: Name, email address, workspace name, and hashed passwords.
Deployment & Release Metadata: Package names, version codes, track states, rollout percentages, and Android Vitals metrics.
Service Account Credentials: Google Play Developer API service account credentials provided by you to interact with Google Play Console.
Payment & Billing Data: Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store raw credit card numbers or financial instrument data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Automate and monitor multi-track Play Store release stages.
Execute soak gating policies and evaluate crash SLA circuit breakers.
Send status alerts to your configured Slack, Teams, or PagerDuty channels.
Manage team authentication, access control, and workspace subscriptions.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is processed within isolated secure edge runtime nodes and stored in encrypted databases with strict tenant-level isolation and access controls.

4. Third-Party Integrations

AutoPromote integrates with trusted services to fulfill deployment pipelines:

Google Play Developer API: For publishing releases, managing staged rollouts, and fetching Android Vitals metrics.
Polar.sh: Merchant-of-record partner for subscription billing and invoicing.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You may export or request complete deletion of your application configs, service account credentials, and account records at any time by contacting us at contact@knoje.com.
